How do I make a tattoo appointment?
  • In order to be booked in please send an email or fill out the contact form on the website. Include the size, preferred placement, description of your idea and inspiration images for your tattoo design. For bigger projects it helps to include a picture of the area of the tattoo taken with natural light.

When can I be booked in?

  • I currently have a waiting list of almost a year. Therefore I make a selection in projects that are fitting to my style and expertise the most. If you are wondering if I can help you with your idea, send me a message! I also work with great guest artists, you can keep track of this through the studio’s instagram page @studio.koning and contact the artists directly to be booked in.

Can I bring someone with me to the tattoo session?
  • At the studio we work in compliance to the GGD and RIVM guidelines. Since we have a limited space we kindly ask you to come alone to your appointment. Your artist will be able to guide you through the session and answer any questions you may have.

How much does a tattoo cost?

  • Tattoo prices are made custom to each piece. For large projects I usually work with a day rate, if you are interested to know more about the pricing for your idea please send over your ideas including placement and size.

Do I need to pay for a deposit?

  • To secure a booking we ask for a 100,- EUR deposit for every project. The deposit is non-refundable but we are flexible with moving an appointment in case of sickness for example. If you do need to alter an appointment please let us know as soon as possible.

When can I see the design of my tattoo?

  • I make tattoo designs 1 to 2 weeks in advance of the appointment, if you have paid for a deposit you can see it beforehand. If necessary changes can be made without additional costs.

How do I prepare for a tattoo session?

  • Make sure you get a good night’s rest before the day of your appointment, eat well in advance and take breaks during the session if you need them. It’s a good idea to eat or drink something in between your tattoo session. Be sure to communicate well with your artist on your needs.

How do I take care of my tattoo?

  • Your tattoo artist will give you written instructions after the session and will explain the aftercare in person as well. We have aftercare products available at the studio and can also recommend you on what and how to use them.

Can I get a touch-up of my tattoo?

  • If necessary, a touch-up of your tattoo is included within 6 months after getting your tattoo from one of our artists. You can always send over a healed picture if you want to make sure your tattoo healed properly and is ready for eternity.
